La Palma Beachfront Hotel & Club Nautico Cancun

We were very impressed with the location of this venue, literally on the beach and close to shops, bus stops, and rent car services. The room was equipped with flat-screen TV, dryer, free Wi-Fi, and provided us with a garden furniture terrace where we could sit and enjoy the view. The leisure facilities including sun loungers, umbrellas, and aqua park were fantastic, as well as the 24-hour security and luggage storage.

We can recommend this hotel to everyone, it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time here.

The hotel is right on the beach and the receptionist was friendly. It is close to shops and a supermarket, and the room, while simple, had all necessary amenities. It is also conveniently located near the city center and nightlife. The room was large with a balcony and ocean view.

The beachfront location was absolutely stunning, with picturesque views and the soothing sound of the ocean waves. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the convenience of having restaurants right below the hotel, making it easy to grab a bite to eat whenever we wanted. the hotel provided us with bottled water and coffee every morning, which was a nice touch.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging as the location was poorly marked. We also experienced some issues with hot water on the first day, although it was promptly resolved after informing the staff.

The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the beachfront amenities like food, shopping, and the dock with the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with large rooms, air conditioning, and a fridge. The Wi-Fi in the room was super fast and stable, a definite plus. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and the fact that as hotel guests, we could rent a free beach chair and umbrella. The daily two bottles of water were a nice touch too.
